Our criteria for choosing translators
Native Speaker: When translating into another language we use only native speakers.
Education: We look for individuals with a college-level education in their language(s).
Background Experience: We match the background and experience of a translator to the nature of the project. One translator may be highly skilled at technical translation while another might excel at promotional material requiring more creativity. Intuitive Knowledge of Language: Not every intelligent, educated, bi- or multi-lingual individual makes a qualified translator. The nature of language is such that there are many nuances and ambiguities involved in communication. Just as some people have inherent abilities in athletics or mathematics, some individuals are skilled at intuitively understanding the complexities of language. A translator must first understand exactly what the message is, then communicate this message effectively in another language. This transition is not always simple or easy. Even excellent translators can, on occasion, misinterpret the original message. This is why it is important for translation work to be reviewed by at least two qualified translators. Integrity and Reliability: We work with translators who are sensitive to issues of privacy and nondisclosure of content. Our translators strive for superior quality and are extremely conscientious of meeting deadlines. Next : Flow chart
